I just had the most fabulous ring made by Veleska Jewelry. Kathryn took on the task of making the ring based on a piece of costume jewelry I fell in love with. The process was all done remotely, email and chat discussions, very fair pricing and detailed information about the process. I love, love, love my new ring and I have received so many compliments - thank you!

Extremely helpful and personable staff - is fun to just be around them! Kathryn, Owner & Designer, is not only extremely talented, producing lovelier work than you imagined in your head, but she's also a quality human. While I was there for design, the staff were quickly, calmly, and darn near heroically freeing a customer from a too-tight ring (happens to us all). Whatever you're looking for, Valeska is where you should start your search. I find that disappointment is impossible here!

Fabulous experience. Initially met with Alex and he was wonderful and spent the time to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. Great communication, he followed up several times to keep us updated about the process. During pickup we met Kathryn and she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend this jeweler to anyone!

I took my ring in to get the rhodium redone on my engagement ring. I have a moss agate engagement ring, so I was worried they wouldn’t be able to do it. They were so kind and helpful. Angela redid the ring and reset the stone. It was such a quick process - taking less than a week. Highly recommend for any ring services!

Could not have been happier to work with Kathryn and Veleska Jewelry! I was able to design an engagement ring for my partner using a family stone that exceeded all of my expectations! Everyone at Veleska was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. You can tell the care and craftsmanship that is put into the process. The design was great, the price was reasonable and the experience was first class. Highly recommend!!

They have appointments available! I walked in , had a warm welcome , sat down and got straight to business! The shop is absolutely beautiful , customer service 10 out of 10 . No rips offs ! I sold my jewelry and the whole process tool 10mins , staff was very respectful and considerate ! Left with cash in hand ! Thank you!

Emptying out a storage bin yielded emotional discoveries, forgotten -- an earring was missing, bracelets were stretched, a pendant lacked a chain. A couple of quick clicks and my appointment was scheduled. At that appointment, during a very pleasant interaction, Alex and Kathryn helped me decide how to revive these bits and pieces. Two weeks later, I'm wearing the first bracelet my husband gave me some 25 years ago, and I've got a new pair of earrings from pieces found in box. Could not have had a better experience.

Everyone at Veleska is so helpful and knowledgeable about jewelry. My fiancée and I worked with Kathryn to design our engagement rings and the process was very simple and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Great team and beautiful jewelry!!
